Got All Your Marbles? Interchangeable Jewelry is completely handmade, and every effort will be made to ensure that our jewelry lives up to your best expectations. In the event that you are less than completely satisfied, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your approval. If a product is returned within 15 days of the date of shipment, in its original condition, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We guarantee the workmanship of each handmade piece, and if a problem arises from a defect in craftsmanship we will cover the cost of shipping in making an exchange. We will also accept exchanges of new merchandise to replace a new ring with a different ring size, but the customer must cover the cost of shipping.  Jean Riviera, Returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise in its original condition (new, undamaged and unworn) within 15 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back merchandise and note that specially ordered merchandise is non-refundable. Please follow these steps to return your merchandise:
1. Include all original packaging with the merchandise, along with original invoice, any accompanying materials and a short note explaining the reason for your return.
2. Send your merchandise to us via US Postal Service Registered Insured Mail. Insure the package for the full value of your purchase. Retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

3. After we receive your package, our quality assurance team will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned merchandise.
4. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges), less our initial shipping and insurance costs, will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds for orders paid by credit card will be refunded to original credit card account. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All other refunds will be refunded by company check.
