Dear Lisa,
During this difficult economic climate, I, like most retailers, had to hold my breath and hope for the best this past Christmas. We have carried Got All Your Marbles at our first store location for more than 4 years and at our second store that opened last year. In my 20 plus years of retail experience I have never seen anything that has ever taken off like your line. There were actually days when we sold nothing but marble jewelry and lots of it! We carry dozens of lines of clothing and accessories and a huge pecentage of our busines is consistently the marbles. We have customers from 10 years old to over 70 that wear it! You have introduced new styles and sizes to your line and your customer service, from billing to filling orders, is outstanding. It is such a pleasure to do business with all of you. And our Christmas season ended with an INCREASE. Without your line we would not have achieved this.
